About – Filip Molčan
Technology innovator, social entrepreneur, nature conservation volunteer, newsletter author.
Biography
My life is a constant search for balance between the world of technology and the beauty of nature. Since 2002, when I left the "nuclear" program at ČVUT (Czech Technical University), I have found my mission in connecting innovation with social impact and environmental protection.
I am most proud of Good Sailors, a company that has been helping people with disabilities find meaningful work and dignity for 23 years. This project has brought me a number of awards and, above all, the feeling that business can be a path to positive societal change.
My love for nature led me to volunteer work in Bohemian Switzerland National Park, where as a ranger and member of the NP Council I help protect what I consider one of our greatest treasures.
As Chief Innovation Officer at M2C Corporation and as a representative in Doubice, I bring fresh perspectives and new solutions. I believe true value lies in the connection of human talent, technological advancement, and respect for nature.
