Business. Innovation. Photography. Nature.
My life is a constant search for balance between the world of technology and the beauty of nature. Since 2002, when I left the "nuclear" program at ČVUT, I have found my mission in connecting innovations with social impact and environmental protection.
I am most proud of Good Sailors, a company that has been helping people with disabilities find meaningful work and dignity for 23 years. This project has brought me not only a number of awards but, above all, the feeling that business can be a path to positive societal change.
My love for nature led me to volunteer work in the Czech Switzerland National Park, where as a ranger and member of the NP Council, I help protect what I consider to be one of our greatest treasures.
Photography is my lifelong passion. Thanks to six organized exhibitions and publications in, for example, The Guardian, I have been able to share my view of the world with others, even though I remain at heart an amateur who takes photos for joy.
In my role as Chief Innovator at M2C Corporation and as a representative in Doubice, I strive to bring fresh perspectives and new solutions. I believe that true value lies in the connection of human talent, technological advancement, and respect for nature – and I try to reflect this philosophy in everything I do.

23 years of social enterprise development in the Czech Republic and abroad. With Good Sailors, even after the acquisition in 2022, we continue to sail and explore new opportunities.

As a voluntary guardian of the Czech Switzerland National Park and a member of the National Park Council, I strive to preserve one of the most beautiful corners of the Czech Republic for our children.
